I will consede you have a point that some legal ramifications go into consideration as to how these drones are used and if Obama should be charged with some type of crime for using them...
WITH THAT BEING SAID....something doesn't add up....to be in the CIA i presume you have to be...smart...

Agreed. The UN just called for an independent investigation last week I think. Haven't heard much about it since then.
The fact is that if we are killing random people in countries we are not a war with, it will only continue to breed more and more problems and the mission becomes convoluted to say the least. "Hearts and Minds" and all that.
