I actually liked resistance 2 better because of the varied atmosphere but yeah this game was on point
Nikkas thought I was trolling when I said Resistance 3 was piff.

i just finished the ambush section in St Louis, so piff when you realize so much is happening on the screen, explosions, enemy gunfire and the resistance busting back.. then u get treated with a boss to end the chapter.. Love it

The entire fukking resistance series was GREAT. One of my favorite series' that debuted on PS3. I copped Fall of Man at launch because I only had madden to play, and I was completely blown away by the game

2 was an improvement on many fronts, multiplayer was crack (30 on 30
) I'd argue that the story's pacing wasn't as good though. And the ending

I think gears 1 campaign was better, the darkness and lonlyness felt real as fukk in that game, being in the dark and the creal fukking u up, but yes I remember these two were like the top 2 next gen titles at one point
