Yeah I backtracked and read that again. Targeting unmarked cars only doesn’t even make sense. So many people drive typical unmarked cop vehicles. They obviously get in cars that are popular to blend in. This shyt sound like duck tales. Cops just looking for sympathy. The unmarked cop cars are very apparent in Chicago.

He quickly pulled up and flashed his light at me and I guess he didn't recognize my volvo SUV or my plates quickly and just pulled off. I proceeded to run the next red light.
