I like watching these people from afar because I'm intellectually interested in how certain people on YouTube can radicalize people who would on the surface seem normal.

One person in particular I've been keeping an eye on is that "angry man" guy especially since he seemed to have some supporters on TLR


He seems to perpetuate the worst stereotypes about black women in his red pill content but after the pearly things episode with Nick Fuentes he went on an interesting path of actually defending her statements about the attrocities of slavery being exaggerated and even went as far to say that any black person that took issue with her statement were overly sensitive. Since then he has let it be known that he's a black Latino that identifies more with being Latino than being black despite working with other black red pill content creators.

This just popped up on my feed, I'm only 30 minutes in but this breh is doing a reaction video on what I was talking about.

As a Dominican yourself, do you think the brainwashing Rafael Trujillo had done on the Dominican population in the past is starting to change with the younger generation?

I can’t speak for people on the island. While I’ve spent time there I was raised here. But I hope things are improving. There are too many black legends and heroes to pretend like they’re somehow inferior.

There still is, among many Dominicans, a certain sense that having white features or dating a white person (even if they’re Latino but have white skin) is something of a come up.

Is it the majority? I don’t think so. But it’s enough that it isn’t uncommon to hear corny or offensive racial bullshyt.

I don’t think you see much outright white supremacy in the DR.

What you see is…Dominicans here in the United States who have a certain self-hate. So they won’t date other Dominicans or other Hispanics. Or black people. They’ll date and marry white. Largely separate themselves from their old friends and family. Thinking that white people aren’t capable of the same ignorance and evil that they might have seen at home. Some of them get a wake up call. My guess is most become lost causes.

But that’s true among any race, I think.

Now that aside, there’s a separate problem on the coli where there’s a different definition of “black” in America and “black” in certain Latin American countries. Black in America is, to some degree, a culture. An identity. But in the DR for instance, black is your skin color. Your identity is Dominican. Or Cuban or whatever country you’re from.

So then people in America say to a Dominican “you’re black”. And they 100% are. But to some Dominicans (perhaps out of ignorance or misunderstanding or whatever) they resist identifying as “black” in the sense of it being their cultural identify the way it is for black Americans. I hope that made sense. Though I’m certain someone will take offense to it.

the biggest problem with the manosphere is there’s a generation of males that grew up without fathers or a positive male influence in their lives who are now being raised by youtube. it starts off with watching cartoons but once they figure out how the platform works and they start to hit puberty they throw the cartoons in the bushes and start looking up how to approach girls and now the algorithm is suggesting people like jpt, angryman, obsidian, stale & misfit, redpill content, pick up artists, passport bros, gold digger pranks, etc, etc,. once they go down the rabbit hole of redpill/manosphere content it’s difficult to get them to stop watching and using their talking points.

Yes. There’s white heritage mixed in there. But there’s also African and middle eastern and native Indian and Asian.
