You need to look up the recent influx of illegal immigrants coming from Virgina to Maryland because Virgina put their foot down on and are now asking if people have a passport, ID, Social Security. As of right now in Maryland they have special Drivers License for people who dont not have a social security number or anyway of proving they live here legally. In Maryland the Po-Po cant even ask someone if they are from South America.

One thing that I've noticed with the poor worldwide is the lack of common sense, these buggers can have up to 4 children without owning a vehicle, Business, Home(Liveable), they either don't have jobs or they are receiving low pay the average weekly pay for minimum wage jobs in Brazil is like £93.00/$117.08 that shyt is useless when you are looking after 4 people. I think if more folks use common sense and understand that having a shyt ton of children won't help their situation instead it will further worsen it for them as they will have holes through their pockets and wallets.
Those illegals, if counted for the census, can change their state reparation for senators and etc..
So a state with 3 black senators and 1 latino can flip, if they let illegals be counted..

I just said what resources they get, PUBLIC SCHOOLING FOR THEIR 100 kids a household, EBT, low income housing using the resources to apply to one, or legit free housing, free lunch and breakfast at public schools, free clothing and other free items once they cross the border, straight up free food handouts, able to apply for instate tuition even though they aren't legally here, able to apply for financial aid even though they aren't here, able to own a drivers license and apply for car insurance without any papers at all other than an address to where they live, I can go on and motherfukking on.
