Plus machine maintenance and repairs.

Probably not as serious as people think a few weeks probably takes care of the machine costs and maintenance. That's each machine by itself taking care of itself. If it's not being used there's no wear. Probably just as worth it to buy new machines every few years.

I knew someone who owned a laundromat, not too big, maybe like 40 machines in total. It was in Brooklyn. They made like maybe 150k after everything but they had to work in it also so it wasn’t residual income. It’s also harder work than most realize because it’s very manual. Now if you got a big ass laundromat and you don’t work it yourself then that’s good money.

Find a highly Hispanic area and it will work.
In 3rd rate cities which are still HIGHLY profitably.

I live in 2nd rate one tho. They’re having unsanctioned marches to get the standard of a w/d in apartments.

Progressives are taxing non w/d apartments like a mofo for “environmental” reasons.

You can retire bn in a smaller place tho. :salute:

reminds me to take my sofa covers to the laundry. i had no idea that the washing machine go by weight. i'm always putting my comforters and sofa covers in the largest one but they don't even weigh that much :mjlol:

13,000 for 10 days.
39,000 for the month.
468,000 for the year.

I’m guessing this is…considerably above average for laundromats.

the laundry i go to doesn't charge for dryer, so it def varies
