The second son may not even see any playing time in college. He'll be head of marketing at BBB in 4 years. The writing is still on the wall for Melo. Needs to get a bit more athletic and defense needs a lot of work.
Yeah it's clearly obvious he's living vicariously through his sons. He says it all the time that he planned this from the beginning.

Lonzo will get tons of heat if he isn't a star from day 1
That is the media's fault for not being able to separate lavarr and Lonzo. You can't expect a rookie to be a star from day 1. That is unreasonable for any rookie. So they have to do a better job.
Well the media is now waiting for Lonzo to fail, so I dunno if that's necessarily a good or bad thing.
Good because even if Lonzo is garbage he's still gonna be in the headlines strictly because of his pops.
