I personally like lavar ball, as much as many want to make him out to he a idiot , if you pay attention to his words, he is very strategic and intelligent with how he speaks. He is a motivational individual that comes with being a trainer. So it's his personality.
I would come short of calling it black excellence etc. He married a white woman. And ugly one at that, soft shoe all lives matter what about black on black crime sentiments will always be shortly behind if he is ever put in that corner. So far tho, he has been smart enough not to alienate the black community with c00ning as he understands that is still a major market he needs if he wants to see his brand succeed.
The thing is, most people are 9-5 punch a clock company people. Who set written and unwritten limitations for themselves and treat guys like lavar like the runaway slave who will get them in trouble with massa for sassi'n massa. People are not free enough mentally to appreciate a guy who tells the corporations to come with this or kick rocks. For most of us who dream of million dollar money, we would just bend over and conform to status quo after our child is on his way to the nba, hire a agent that takes 15% of his money, then allow the talentless billionaires sitting across seas to come over and exploit your talents for billions. Lavar sounds crazy saying you gotta come with 3 billion. Thing is, the talentless billionaires that exploit talents will earn 20× more than that during the course of that players career.

Don't allow these fukk apart of the wealthy 2% to continue to suck the blood out of kids coming from middle class neighborhoods and poor impoverished communities.
