He isn't wrong I came from the 757 which is home to micheal vick/allen Iverson/plaxico burress/kam chancellor/gabby douglas/Justin verlander/Alonzo mourning (who went to high school with my mom)/pernell whitaker/dangelo hall/percy harvin I could keep going but one thing I can tell you myself is that there were better sports athletes than all of them that couldn't get it or never had a chance because of one thing or another mainly education honestly.

If you ever get a chance look up Michael Evans basketball story he is a LEGEND he was BETTER than Jason Kidd even outplayed him head to head. Where is he now he is finally an assistant high school head coach flamed out in high school breh :mjcry:

This thread is a perfect example of how some of you clowns simply don't get it.

I literally got negged with "scared" left in the comment. Really you imbecile? I'm scared because I see how this jackass is potentially scaring off sponsors away from his son? BBB has apparently sold about 500 shoes and that's a great start, but this is the kind of shyt that could stunt the momentum of his brand long term for a short term "viral buzz"

You guys need to learn how to separate "fukkery" from the real world and it's all good for GIFs and MEMES and for your "c00n" responses, but that's not what keeps a brand afloat for 5, 10 or better yet 20+ years like they are trying to do.
Im the one who negged u for being scared. Although I agree with much of what you just posted, sometimes rules go out the window and you gotta be a man. He probably will sell more shoes for standing up and holding his nuts then playing the politically correct game.
I was just fukking witchu

It's funny, you hear nikkas all the time on some "As Black people we need to own our own shyt, build our own wealth that we can pass on to our children".

Then Lavar comes along and it switches up to "This nikka don't know what he doing, he should have just taken that Nike money and STFU".

I've never seen people be so anti entrepreneur since that bullet ball dude got shytted on on TV.....

My only problem with this is:

As a brand, as THE FACE of the brand...you gotta be beyond that shyt.

You don't think Phil Knight or Kevin Plank or to take a Black Example, Daymond John, hasnt been insulted? Demeaned? Even by publications interviewing them?

You cant clapback at everybody. Especially without damaging your credibility or worse, get people talking about everything but the clothing.

I can't argue with that fam. I just didn't like how you made dude the bad guy in this situation when its human nature for folks to not always be cool towards folks that take shots at them. You made it seem like this started from just this one comment when it didn't.
They've been going back and forth for a while. Her, Cowherd, and Whitlock have been taken shots for months now. But Lavar also says wild shyt and has the national attention. When you do that as a part of your promo or maybe you just like the spotlight you're going to have these moments. He should have looked her in the eye, told her he didn't appreciate her comments about his parenting. Set the record straight on what he does for his kids, how they're provided for, bring it back together for BBB and keep it moving. As much as he wants to just speak for Lavar he's past that point and now he's speaking for Lavar, Lonzo, and BBB. You gotta be careful how you move. And I think he's corny. But that isn't to defend Kristine Leahy or whatever either. She put him out their for the setup, threw out some white tears, and successfully painted him a disrespectful misogynist and on the record saying BBB isn't for women. That's corny to me as well.

I took the same stance on Lavar as I took on the UA CEO. You can say what you want and believe what you want, but when you do so you risk coupling that with your brand and it can cost you a lot of money. :francis:
