crazy cause i posted this in realgm last month-
maybe the problem is that kidd isn't putting his stamp on the team. letting frank and welch do everything. kidd is a great nba mind. the talent is there. now you gotta put it all together. kidd should be drawing up plays after time outs. if you dont agree with what welch has drawn up, change it. your the head honcho. kidd is not a motivational guy like mark jackson. kidd was brought in for x's and o's. and right now he isn't letting that knowledge shine.

im not sure what frank and kidd disagreed on, but it seems like kidd was second guessing himself a lot. not trying to overrule his assistants. i dont think kidd had to reassign him though. just take control of the situation. a lot of head coaches dont agree with their assistants.
