No serious injuries from what i read last night so the venue's insurance company will prolly settle quickly, unless the lawyers want to draw it out for years.

Snoop and Wiz so high they had no idea what was going on. I was even confused when I first saw it, thinking Wiz/Snoop's platform started elevating :mjlol:

fukked up though :to:

Negligent dangerous design for a hip hop show.
Why would snoop and Wiz be responsible for the venue? Who are they eating off in this lawsuit?
You sue everyone.
They sue the venue, not the performers breh
You sue everyone. If someone sues the Verizon Center nobody gives a fukk. If Snoop and Wiz are sued it's a news story and that video is getting played over and over.
Plus you never know, maybe the venue and security company told Wiz and Snoop it was dangerous to have fans against the railing and they disregarded it.
Rightfully so.
They were so high snoop was like "dog why they getting closer"

Wiz "they attacking get security man"
It didn't happen like that at all. They were dumbfounded. The security guards were the ones ushering them out, with good reason, the damn venue was falling apart.
Venue will just declare bankruptcy and reopen under new ownership
everyone involved will have liability insurance. Bankruptcy works if you're a regular person who gets hit with a massive judgment. Even if the venue filed for bankruptcy, the Court would just take over their assets and paying creditors. I'm not a bankruptcy lawyer so take that last part with a grain of salt.
Legally they could sue anyone involved, whether Snnop/Wiz would be liable is a whole different issue. But yeah you'd sue the venue who should have insurance for this.
Exactly.
