whoever said bizzy is gonna bounce soon is right.

I don't see bizzy staying put without layzie in the cut.

but then again, layzie will prolly be back in the group in time for the next tour.

I never made no threads about that. I only say that in response to wu-weirdos like yourself who act like wutang didn't get phased out 15 years ago.

also, saying that someone is more relevant than wutang in 2013, isn't saying much.

wasnt he the founder? thats sad

even tho i was never much of a fan, it was cool to see them still doing some shows and putting out material. theres not many veteran acts that can still do it at a decent level, Onyx cant even get a decent label situation for their comeback. its rough for vets

Layzie decided it was his turn now. These dudes always go on their own, "build their brand," than come right back together. They been doing this same bullshiit cycle for the last 15 years.

it's not really Onyx tho, it's just Fredro & Sticky. the few recent videos i saw of them are dope tho. as for Layzie leaving, it doesn't bother me too much because even when they've had all members back the albums have been lackluster.

I know Bizzy always leaves but for the first time in his career he seems to really be with the group he was just interviewed and was very positive about the group and he's always with the rest of the group now and him and Krayzie (Bizzy calls Krayzie the leader and that he makes the decisions) finally seem on same page

http://allhiphop.com/2013/08/27/exc...on-in-hip-hop-rumors-of-tension-in-the-group/

Here's the part I liked about the interview:

Do you have any plans to do another solo album?

I’m always working, but I want to be group oriented first. If the group ain’t really doing anything I talk to the group and say, “Hey, this my music out here. Who do you guys know that I can talk to as far as who I can get for a record or mixtape if you’re not working with them? Give me one of your contacts to see if I can do something phenomenal.” That’s kind of like how Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is. We share all of our contacts that we have with people that we need. We’re family, but people don’t know that. And you know what, they don’t have to, because at this point we just want to give them great music.

and it sounds like he's talking about Layzie on this part of the interview:

You have to hear the rumors about tension in the group…

It’s five brothers from the Midwest. It’s gonna be some tension. It’s gonna be some fighting. It’s just gonna be that without alcohol. Just normal business. “I don’t want to make this move. Well I do.” You’re gonna get stuff like that. It’s up to us to hash all that out, or separate for a couple of months, because we’re pissed off and then meet back up. “Look I still wanted to do that deal.” The next guy says, “well I didn’t.” Alright, well let’s go and find something else. Its’ kind of like that. It ain’t as drastic as people are thinking. It ain’t like this big explosion where everybody gets mad. Nah, a brother go to his own house for a couple of months and get things out and meet back up like okay let’s go find something else. So that’s how men of Bone gets things accomplished.

ain't no "his turn".

Wu-Tang was the only group put together with the specific notion of each member standing on their own in a different environment from the rest of it's members.

Oh wait I'm sorry TDE/Black Hippy is doing that right now without hte benefit of a group album, but I digress.

Everybody else is wishing like Slo-Down from Nelly's St. Lunatics that they were good enough to stand on their own outside from the group or their star member.

Stop being egotistical or greedy and ride that shyt out. Do it for your pockets. Do it for your fans.

But on the other hand, I have no idea what it's like to generate that many sales as a group or wit ha a brand on your back, prop up a sup-genre of rap....... and still be a thousandaire.

They didn't even blow their chances and opportunities or waste life like the other nikkas. They truly got chewed up and spit out by The Machine.

These are truly Hip Hop's New Edition: stepping off the tour bus into their project homes with a 2 dollar check a piece after a MEGA successful tour.
