Westbrooks 47m expiring contract in 2023 is like hitting the lottery for some teams. You become an instant player in the FA market.
Monk, Reaves, and THT are all relatively young.
Despite being injured, Nunn is a proven asset.

No team is taking on Westbrook’s contracts, so the Lakers are going to have to be stuck with it. It’s just not going to happen especially with how he’s been playing this year.
THT has been playing like ass this year and even the Lakers don’t know if/when Nunn is going to play this year. They also aren’t going to move Monk as he’s been decent for them this year.
Even then, none of those assets are going to net anyone that will actually move the needle for them.

Not really NBA brehs for the most part don’t care about football and ratings and shyt. We just talk about the sport. You came in an NBA thread just to hate while u suppose to be “celebrating”

Also, teams make moves for different reasons (Get rid of a long contract, clear cap space, rebuild, etc..)

Lebron (or any NBA player really) don’t need a thread dissecting every little thing he does but ESPECIALLY when bigger sports world shyt is popping.
