Not sure who keeps up with LE$ in here like that but someone tag me whenever there is a new project or whatever that drops. Been a fan of his for some time now.

Tape is dope, le$ might have surpassed spitta when this one. Spitta music is getting kind of stale right now. But I can totally see spitta killing these same beats on this tape and the last one. Spitta would of killed that "dreamin" track
I'm gonna be real here for a minute and everyone here knows I love Spitta but.....
Spitta been sleep walking over amazing production for years and been letting them go to waste with boring rhymes and wack features*coughCornerboyPcough* and dot dot dotdotdotdot ad-libs. Spitta might not admit it but he lost a step and motivation to me when Roddy and Trademark left. It seems like they kept him on his toes and sharp and Roddy was killing every feature they were on.
Le$ on the other hand definitely stepped it up lyrically and found his zone beginning with SxS Vol.1. I prefer all of his music since then compared to Spitta. Le$ floated over Dreamin though man. Him and Rogers production just belong together.

I agree with you 100%. And to keep it real when I try to put spitta on some of the homies who never really listen to him, gotta play his older his music. His new music is so damn hit or miss. I'm saying this as a real fan as well. One project be dope then the next one be a weak effort(and a forgettable release). I know for a fact spitta had to listen to some of le$ recent releases and be like "damn this dude sound like me with much more hunger now"

And Spittas videos have gone to shyt also. That FortyFPS shyt he using now is so trash in comparison to Creative Control. I appreciated the first few episode of Raps N Lowriders but man it got repetitive after a while. I dont want to start bashing Spitta but the quality in music and video production is noticeable. I wonder what this Lex Luger tape is gonna sound like

bunch of lames above me
spitta still killing it
he found his lane and he chillin in it, the songs may not be as lyrical as his older shyt but he can tap back into it if he wanted to
and dont insult fortyfps, spitta videos got wayy better once he got a actual in house videographer.
he actually shoots 4k videos too.
creative control doesnt even make videos like that anymore

I was only watching Raps N Lowriders for his girl and the background music tbh, it was pretty much the same the style of shots set to different music in every episode. They could have got more creative with it.

Spitta had a lane during the Onsmash mixtape era/This Ain't No Mixtape/Pilot Talk era, this mumbling shyt he doing over trap beats now ain't his lane. If you became a fan of him during the period he became blog famous I dont know how you can be a superfan of the shyt he doing now, its no comparison.

Look man I'm one of the first that was championing Spitta back when he dropped Independence Day (back on SOHH) and was dropping tapes every month back in 09 and got the XXL Freshman cover. Me and hustlemania use to go back and forth. I've been a fan for damn near a decade and have all of his music. I know for a fact a lot of nikkas aint get on to him until he dropped that Covert Coupe tape and aint nothing wrong with that I'm just saying I been listening long enough to notice a difference in quality. And just b/c you shoot your shyt in 4K don't make it better. Again I dont want this turning into a Spitta bashing thread b/c I still play his shyt and like some of his new shyt just not as much as the older stuff when he actually rapped and didn't sound half sleep adlib'in most of his verses.
