That slogan is at least 16 years outdated.
That brief period after the George Floyd protests when corporations were really pushing DEI had a lot of those "Blavity black" types feeling invincible. Now that they are pulling back or in some cases banning it by law they looking crazy. She probably felt like it was ok to broadcast this online because of that especially if this is 2 years old as someone stated.

Cacs gonna call this “woke”. On another note they’ve made me hate that word.
I wouldn't be surprised if she was encouraged to do this by one of her higher ups who doesn't want the project to be successful. I'm assuming they are either in the beginning stages or in the middle of the project. We have to learn to move more strategic especially in corporate spaces. There are more effective ways she could have acknowledged her team.
