“Leaked Informant Report: Dr.Umar Johnson, born Jermaine Shoemake, is a 39-year-old, Pennsylvania-based, school psychologist & political philosopher, who has risen quickly amongst the ranks of Black revolutionary lecturers. He has made a name for himself across the country for empowering Black parents. He has come to the attention of the authorities for his Pan-Afrikanist program which aims to undermine American corporate interests in Afrika. He is currently the most requested speaker in the United States with an ever-growing audience across the planet. A descendant of Radical Abolitionist Frederick Douglass, & Follower of Jamaican Pan-Afrikanist Marcus Garvey, he is more formally educated than all of his predecessors which makes him a uniquely dangerous threat to American domestic and foreign interests. He was approached to become a member of several key Black secret societies but has refused them all. A holder of 6 college degrees, he has a following that ranges in age from 8-80 years-old making him the most relevant spokesman for his people. Supported by both educated and oppressed members of his race from Australia to Amsterdam, Los Angeles to Liberia, Afrika to Arkansas, he is of extreme concern at this time. However, like Garvey before him, he does have a serious group of detractors within his own community whom we may can use as leverage to control his rise and influence amongst the people. These possible collaborators include jealous personalities within the Black Consciousness community itself who consider him an irritant and distraction from the attention they received prior to his arrival, black pastors & politicians have proven equally disgusted with his inflammatory message regarding their exploitation of their Black constituents, and some disgruntled Black feminists who dislike his defense of polygamy and the fact he has never married. We should investigate more fully out ability to manipulate these pre-existent tensions to quell the greatest threat we have seen since Garvey’s 1927 deportation. A gifted Orator, we have had great difficulty finding someone who can distract from his powerbase in the Black community. He was most recently seen in Brooklyn keynoting a memorial in honor of the late Dr.Khalid Abdul Muhammad which was filled to capacity. Our efforts to disrupt his appearance in Portland tonite has backfired now resulting in providing him with an even larger audience than he would have had if he’d been allowed to present at the local high school. Future acts of sabotage should not underestimate the tremendous amount of support He has not only in the U.S. but across the world……
