Bring Aero back... and the way you can access everything on the computer easily through the Start Window.

btw: I don't mind using Win8, I have to access Win2008/2012 sometimes at work and it's the same shortcuts. It takes maybe an hour or 2 to get used too

I know most don't wanna hear this but once you get past the learning curve of Windows 8 its not so terrible and its DEFINITELY not the abortion of fecal matter that Vista was..

Windows 8 on my Surface Pro 3 is no issue.
