no brehs, windows 8 does have some advantages over 7, boot up time and performance are two of them.

Windows 9 is rumored to have an even smaller install size and better scalability.

I think they need to slow down. Smaller install size and better scalability is nice...but they can add all that to Windows 7...hell call it Windows 7.9. But an new name for a new OS? I don't know, it just gets tiresome....my work computer is STILL using XP with no real problems..lol.

Sad to know that XP only lasted so long simply because it was initially so vulnerable that Microsoft had to keep giving it security updates.

Their intention was to always shyt out a new Windows every couple of years...
...and since each Windows is advertised to get 10 years worth of updates, this gets even weirder.

Are there too many guys working at Microsoft with nothing to do?

Learn to love the struggle that is win 8 (and soon to be 9)

It took me months to get shyt to work on my system, but I adjusted. It's the future. Get with it or go to mac (or have both like me )

At first I thought win 8 was horrible then I got my win 8 tablet and got used to it. I think it would be hard for me to go back tbh
