Yeah when we were young there was a certain cachet that came with being black, to the point that non-black males expected you to have hands, and you could often coast off of that aura. I used to box in the middle of the hood a few months back and even then the majority of people there were white or Hispanics ...

Tldr, join a boxing gym brehs and preferably get some ground game lessons eventually as well.

I get such an awful reaction to these types of vids where an MMA cac is living his dream of beating up a breh. If you can afford a gym, get in one today. Alot of those BJJ gyms cost and arm and a leg, but if you can find a cheap boxing gym with some weights, you'll atleast have some means of self defense. Believe it or not, boxing has a degree of wrestling in it (take a look at old Foreman vids) and the footwork is excellent for making distance when someone is shooting a takedown.



The victim looked like he was outweighed by 50 lbs. A simple weight lifting plan would have atleast not made breh food. Better yet, carry heat and/or have a crew with you.
