Stanford Engineering Everywhere | CS106A - Programming Methodology
It's in java but the professor is amazing and does a really good job of breaking down the components of programming

gotta remember that's entry level... you can find nice studios for 1600 - 1800 within a hour of SF....
Again, you start at 60k, and within 5 years you're pushing 6 figures easily...
