That apartment would fill up quick with smoke, no way would I ever want a nice fire going in what is basically an efficiency?

That ain't a working fire place, look at the floor, there's no pit to put wood. It's for show.

Room big enough for a queen sized bed. Give me a 65in OLED TV, some plants, canvas painting, a fur rug and im gucci:manny: I'd move there now if I had the career and money.

Honestly more cities need to do studios this size but at a cheaper price. A lot of folks don't care to have big ass space. Charge $500/month and you'd make a killing.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
A jew probably owns that brownstones and probably chopped it up to get the maximum in rent.

This is where I hate landlords in NYC especially the jews. They buy the brownstones which are typically large apartments per floor and chop it up and they can do that because someone from
Ohio is going to come to NYC and pay the $1900 for that tiny space.

There are four types of people living in new york right now
1. People whose family have been there since at least the 1980s and are staying in rent controlled apartments.
2. Transplants moving there for work experience or education
3. Millionaires with pied-à-terre apartments who visit new york for vacation or business.
4. Millionaires who are using the housing market for speculation purposes and buying up apts that they won't actually live in and will sell if they think they can get a good return on their 'investment'

If you are a normal person trying to get a career and life started, New York is a non-option. Median NYC rent is 1309

Median income for men working full time is roughly 61k

And a lot of people can't find full time work.
