People just be paying that shyt just to say they live in certain areas

Basically... me personally. I don't get what's the hype about certain areas especially when you come across the types of people in them. :hubie: I don't have much tolerance for that uppity stuck up suburbia elitism shyt because I know that :mjpls: is usually present too and folks will be brave too. If you're black and don't "look" a certain way like the token Blackie or someone who is up to :obama: standards then they're going to let you know on some "you don't belong here" shyt or their level of ignorance that theyll deny having. It's draining. It's really about living somewhere you can manage around. I don't see the hype with the hipster or yuppie neighborhoods or areas. That shyt is wack. Every last one of those areas are on the same shyt. All these health food stores, yoga studios, coffee spots, crossfit, new ageism, and the same social programming shyt :snoop::mindblown::camby: folks are so uncreative about it too. shyt hurts my head yet folks swear that shyt is cool. Like I can't with the mental bullshyt.

That ain’t in the heart of the city that looks like it may be in Conyers or something. Studio apartments in Atlanta are actually high as fukk now. I was looking at The Modera in Atlanta and they wanted 2k for a one bedroom.
If you’re from Atlanta then you know that could easily be a house off Collier Rd or Northside Dr anywhere between Midtown and Buckhead.

Could also be Conyers:mjgrin:

Most jobs are in the cities that's why most people tough it out there. City jobs command higher salaries.

If everyone in the city came out to the midwest, midwesterners would cry foul to the increased costs

Yep. It's happening in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and even Charlotte right now. Most new, if not all, apartments close to the core of the city getting built, you will be spending around 2k for a 1 bedroom. A friend sent me this about this new apartment that just opened up in Houston.
Montrose, Houston, TX Apartments | Luxury Apartments at The Sterling

In about five years, those studios will approach 1800k and those 1 bedrooms will approach 2500k.
first four weeks free on a 13 month lease:patrice:
