For $1900? And to live in New York with no roommate? I would. That's actually a nice pad. I'm a minimalist so I don't need the space and bytches don't care as long as it's clean and smell good.

People who don't live in NY Metro don't see how much of a flex it is to have a joint in NY. It's not as if the rents in NJ are all that much cheaper.

depending on where you live in JC it’s not bad. Only thing is late nights and weekends when the PATH runs different times/less frequently. I used to live by St Peters in JC and worked by The Garden. Would get to work in like 30 min.

I'm not sure why folks need to have so much space for. Kitchen, full bathroom, a closet. That shyt will be easy to keep clean and cozy. You in a world class city. $1900 is a lot though, and id need about $100k salary to feel comfortable which you SHOULD be able to demand in a City like New York.

I mean, it wouldn’t be 10 but you could move to the waterfront area and get there quicker lol. My 30 min commute included walking, getting in the path, then transferring to the subway. Might have been a 40 min commute, I forget, but I know it wasn’t bad. Would be in the city late too...

If u in a rush to get ass, just take the path there, and get an uber back (or drive)
