I kicked coffee actually, sugar has still been a challenge cuz it catches me here and there. But coffee is an occasional thing with me now.

I get up to early for a pre-workout but usually get an iced expresso after lifting.

The post work energy with that level or caffeine feels like a monster.

Coffee is expensive and time consuming for me and I have gotten sick of the prep

I am what people would call a snob, I wont even purchase a bean that has scored less than a 94 on coffeeereview.com nor will I buy a bag that I cant verify was roasted less than 7 days prior

Brewing also requires a hands on approach, I prefer my coffee out of a Chemex which requires precise water heating and pour timing

When I was working from home I was brewing daily because I was getting paid anyway. But since then my drinking has tapered off.

And NO, I aint gonna switch to no average swill life is too short to drink average coffee when world class stuff ia available at the click of a mouse

I mix core into my protein shakes in the morning....

Only problem is you get used to coffee and it needs to be stronger every time...

Ore workouts are generally consistent. But you have to go two weeks on, one week off or even one month on, and one month off...
