They called him the Chosen One for a reason it transcends hoops.

It’s the character and personality, the humility and humbleness, the wholesomeness, the charisma and showmanship, the upbringing and story son of a teenage mother in a economically deprived rust belt city that overcoming.

He’s the total package for a superstar American athlete.

He’s just a marketing dream you don’t get kids like that able to articulate themselves in those interviews and having the personality to cut these types of commercials...

Harlem
for a guy who grew up without a strong father figure it is really impressive how level headed and focused he was at a young age. a rarity.
It takes a village, a father is just one person. As long as everybody is a good influence you should turn out well.
a lot of these lost kids aren't like that because they grew up in single parent household, but because all the people they interact with in and out that household were toxic.

If only he stuck to his game in high school he would be the GOAT. In the NBA his game became less aesthetic which is why I can't give him the ultimate superstar label.

The ultimate superstar has to be must-watch TV at every moment. LeBron has the two lowest rated finals in history on his resume. He's unfortunately not been as fun to watch as other superstars.

:childplease:lebron has been the most box office player since Jordan

Stfu LeBron has kept the league afloat when he came ratings were in the tank :mjlol:

Nope, LeBron has been the ultimate showman since 2003, one of the most entertaining players in league history bar none.

U are citing a lobsided Finals featuring the Cavs and fukking Spurs and the Finals that took place in a bubble during a year of pandemic and social turmoil where ratings are down across all sports and entertainment in another lobsides series in the cord cutting era.

LeBron was part of the highest rated Finals since Jordan retired :mjlol:
NBA Finals has most watched Game 1 since 1998

In fact this sub forum would be dead if it wasn’t for LeBron. Skip Bayless would be a lot less richer. PTI and Around the Horn wouldn’t have as much to talk about.

This nikka was literally the economy of Cleveland while he was there :mjlol:
Cleveland has 300 million reasons to want LeBron to stay

Most of his career he’s been a small market player not in Chicago or Los Angles or New York :mjlol:
Word, you can't play the ratings card when the six best rated finals in the last 16 years all featured LeBron James.

Nobody thought the Cavs had a chance in '07 (AND they were against the Spurs, an anti-draw) and this year was a pandemic where every sport did their all-time worst ratings. So cut the intellectual dishonesty.
