TYRONE GA!
exactly

people using this beef to justify bronny being in the league

it's pure, unadulterated nepotism. simple as that

stephen a smith shouldn't have gotten on nat'l TV and harped on LeBron's fitness as a father as much as he did either though
And it's okay to just admit/say that. Cats trying to justify it as something else tho!

They never really talked about Bronny much to be honest. They talked about him that first game of the season. Media and social media has become intertwined now, so trending topics get discussed. They briefly talked about his first good game in the G-league when they never discuss G-leaguers. The flip side is when he had that bad game against the Sixers and that was a trending topic, they talked about that as well. Instead of flaming Bronny, SAS chose to place blame on Bron for putting this spotlight on his kid in the first place instead of him being able to just get better outside of the microscope. They also talked about that game he recently had when he had 19pts, where SAS said he might’ve been wrong about the Lakers approach to developing Bronny. He felt Bronny should’ve spent the entire year in the G-league, but he’s been splitting time.
this is just not true. Bronny got wall-to-wall coverage, from his workouts, the fact that rich paul told him he'd play overseas if another team drafted him besides the Lakers, the combine coverage, the constant interviews about what player he thinks he can be (jrue holiday, derrick white), his summer league coverage and stats, the fact that he IMMEDIATELY got an $8 million guaranteed deal, all leading up to when Bronny and LeBron took the court together for the photo op. And it continues still

Objectively, Bronny received EXTENSIVE media coverage. More than anyone else in that draft class

name a player with those credentials getting drafted even in the 2nd round tho. I'll wait.
Chris Livingston and Andre Jackson Jr had similar stats and got drafted in the 2nd round in the past couple of years.

Dudes with trash numbers get drafted based on "potential" all the time, so it'd be disingenuous to say other course.

Of course Bronny's case is nepotism, but it's also disingenuous to act like everyone getting drafted is putting up numbers in college.

It doesn't matter any publicity is good publicity for SAS. Bron should've ignored the clown much earlier.
Nah that’s not true at all.. not all media is good media

There’s no doubt that this entire saga has NBA text groups going crazy. He’s already on the outs with some NBA players, I’m sure this cemented another group of players to also be out on him

Andre Jackson Jr is 6'6" and his stats in college are still better than Bronny's. :comeon:

Livingston also 6'6". Consensus 5 star all american. Stats better than Bronny's. :comeon:
