Heat fans...gotta challenge for you

name 3 prime players that fleed to play with top 5 players?....matter of fact, name 2

Players have ALWAYS looked out for their best interests,as they should. It's really unfair to look at players who had better circumstances than LeBron James and say "Look they didn't leave!!!" as if LeBron would have left the Lakers.

First of all, Magic Johnson said on the record he would have went back to school if L.A didn't get the first pick because he wanted to play with Kareem.

Magic Johnson sought elite teammates too - TrueHoop Blog - ESPN

Kobe Bryant's camp manipulated the Nets into not drafting him in 1996 so he could end up in L.A, even threatening to go to Europe if they took him.

Kobe

Why would Magic have ever left Abdul-Jabbar/Wikles or Abdul-Jabbar/Worthy? Kobe actually demanded a trade and then Pau Gasol landed in the Lakers lap, so he stuck around.

Why would Tim Duncan ever leave after David Robinson retired and Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker emerged?

Why would MJ leave with Pippen developing into a star and a double double a night from Horace Grant?

We have to stop saying 'Look at how nobody else left' and realize WHY they didn't leave.

LeBron James had a decent cast around him and he was able to lead them to deep playoff runs, but it wasn't a championship cast, and certainly not one that any other player in the game would lead to a title.

He won't answer the QUESTION, so he discredits the QUESTION as a silly ARGUMENT.

the question is dumb as fukk...and not gonna sit up here and hypothetically ponder how many wins LeBron is worth, shyt is stupid...if LeBron is worth 60 wins a season, why couldnt he win a ring in Cleveland?...exactly

All truth but how is he supposed to read that with Kobe's abdomen blocking his view?

Because regular season production doesn't always translate to championships. It doesn't project. Perhaps LeBron would have eventually gotten one, but it faced long odds. Historically, teams with multiple stars win titles, and only isolated incidents (Rockets in 94 (Because Jordan retired) and Pistons in 04) see otherwise.

Because regular season wins don't carry over to the postseason.

But they say LeBron quit when he got close to 20 boards when the Celts eliminated him game 6 in 2010.

Kobe has the benefit of a media mystique that no superstar in this generation has ever benefited from.

LeBron's quit was in his play. Yeah, he put up numbers, hollow numbers. He was having no real impact on the game. He quit.

Kobe ain't never got the benefit of nothing. The media hated him since he high school.

LeBron changed the economics of the entire NBA.

He built his own team. Jordan tried to build his own team in DC, but failed miserably.

LeBron is the definition of boss.

 @ "running to Wade". He took over Wade's team. He joined a former Finals MVP and reduced him to the role of sidekick. Bron was league MVP and Finals MVP this year. Not only is Miami his team, the NBA is his league. Kobe just plays in it.

Now back to this foolishness about Kobe getting rid of people. Cool, but that's why he's 1-8 in 2nd round games the last 2 years. And Bron being the boss that he is, well there's no surprise his moves have landed him in the Finals the last 2 years.

Kobe was a sidekick himself (:shaq::shaq::shaq:), got rid of Shaq and the team went to shyt. Didn't become relevant again until Pau came to town.

Kobe isn't built to carry a team dolo.

nikka, are you stupid? He built his own team? What kind of retarded thinking is going on here. This thinking is like when nikkas get punched in face and say shyt like, "yeah, I didn't get punched in the face, I hit his fist with my face." :merchant:

fukk outta here. You comparing Kobe's old ass to Lebron now is your dumbass logic. Wait till the nikka has at least 3 rings before you can even mention him in the same sentence as Kobe. :childplease: Dude was too shook to carry a team on his own and had his own teammates running train on his moms. :ooh:

^This is such dumb logic.

He was shook to carry a team on his own? :what:

He's carried TWO teams.

Hell yeah he built that team. He handpicked his teammates. He wanted to play with Wade and Bosh. That was his choice. You think Pat Riley built that team in 2010 or did LeBron build that team back in 08?

LeBron took control of his own destiny. And changed how NBA free agency works in the process.

You Kobe stans are delusional. No one in their right mind would still put Kobe over LeBron on their all time list. Not after this year. Kobe never played at the level Bron took it to in this year's playoffs. Never.

You'd find it's worth in Clevelands record WITHOUT HIM.

If he left a 60 win team, they'd win 60 WITHOUT HIM.

I said THOSE WINS LEFT WITH HIM and you REFUSE to accept that because in doing so, it will RUIN you shytty point.

You are an idiot.

This is why the

smiley needs to be a staple of this forum. When you're reading the posts, you're thinking "What the fukk? how can someone be so stupid?" Then you see his picture and it all makes sense. He says people are trolling by posting it but it really provides much needed context that makes his posts a lot more understandable.

Kobe is consistently lauded for his intangibles even though the numbers show he isn't elite in the clutch. I don't know how you can say the media hates him.

Somebody just gave Kobe credit for grabbing 15 rebounds to prove effort, and as soon as I bring up a 15 plus rebound game for LeBron, one in which there wasn't a Pau Gasol with him to bring his team home, you still said it's 'hollow' and he 'quit'

THATS EXACTLY WHAT WERE TALKING ABOUT
