Selfish meaning that he likes to construct his teams around his talents, which I feel why he has a losing record in the finals. Basically making everyone else succumb to HIS game no matter what talents they may have and at times it hurts the team. He took dudes like Bosh and Love and made them spot up shooters, regardless of them proving to be 20+ppg and 10+reb players.

Also let's kill the myth that he's a pass first player, he's an excellent scorer who's a WILLING passer in an offense build solely around HIS game.

My thing with Kevin Love is when lebron is on the bench and he's in the game why doesn't he beast inside? Even when they do throw it into the post for him he struggles to dominate his man on a consistent basis.

You can't really ask players to randomly flip a switch.

Stars are generally rhythm players, I've watched players go 2-10 at half and finish the game 13-25 or some shyt. If you don't have the freedom to "go off" after a bad start, great games will be few and far between.
