If he were being sarcastic, he would mean the opposite of what he was saying. He still feels Giannis would be dominant in the 70s, but he was obviously being facetious by saying he’d score 250 in a game.

There’s no such thing as a “time machine”. Can’t just randomly put a player from the 2000’s and place them magically in the 60’s and 70’s.
If Giannis was born in the 50’s and came up playing ball in that era, his skill set and mind set would be of a player in the 70’s.
You can time machine daniel jones to the 60’s and he would throw 7k yards, time machine the worst current nba player and he would average 50
