The first nikka that tried it would get fined $1 million by Stern. Just think about some of the hood ass nikkas that have been in the league and nobody has ever tried that shyt. nikkas know where the line is.

As Charles said "It's time". The confusing thing is that this nikka never wear hats or anything else to cover his head during interviews but on the court he's got the shyt covered.
