Delonte never taught his son how to dribble or shoot so we're stuck with him backing up near half court only to put the ball through his legs then he bulldoze and offensive foul his way into the paint.
When he actually has a strong defender on him you can count on him to complain to the ref after every missed lay-up to create the illusion he only missed because he got fouled rather than him being a below to average finisher against strong competition.

He averaged 18 shots a game and 11 are jumpshots.

He can't be settling more than half the time. That's his game.

But is it good, though? Is hitting 5 jumpers that difficult of a task that he only did it 22 times in 96 games?:patrice:
How many 5+ jumpshot games do his contemporaries have?

Hes never been a good jump shooter and he knows it that why he doesnt take rm unless hes open most of the time. When a team gameplan in the finals is to back off and let you shoot its a giveaway.
