Michael Jordan Points Out Flaw In LeBron's Game - Business Insider

Looks like Jordan was right:

"It has to do with his mechanics and how he loads the ball for release. 'So if I have to guard him,' Jordan says, 'I'm gonna push him left so nine times out of 10, he's gonna shoot a jump shot. If he goes right, he's going to the hole and I can't stop him. So I ain't letting him go right.'

"For the rest of the game, when LeBron gets the ball and starts his move, Jordan will call out some variation of 'drive' or 'shoot.' ... He's answering texts, buried in his phone, when the play-by-play guy announces a LeBron jump shot. Without looking up, Jordan says, 'Left?'"

To be honest, I feel people overrate Lebron's physical superiority to Jordan and underrate Jordan's mental superiority.

Both amazing players, yes, but what gives MJ the edge is while he's not a physical freak like Lebron, he's still an AMAZING athlete and has a far tougher mind.

I look forward to seeing the end result and comparisons when Lebron retires. Will be very interesting to discuss and debate.

Jordan was a physical freak. Why the fukk do you think he had an advantage over his opposition?

Do you think Jordan had a "tougher mind" at age 27? Or are you talking about an older, much more mature Mike?

I think LeBron has dealt with 100x the scrutiny Mike had to deal with and still broke through at a younger age. In fact, he's done everything at a younger age.

Jordan should've been a coach first and then moved to ownership and management decision making. Jalen Rose hit MJ with some shade on SN today.
