Pat Riley is the boss in Miami and that was never gonna fly. Lebrons entourage didnt have their way in MIA like they did back home. Yes the players are the ones people come to see, spend their money, the stars make their teams and league money, etc.......but in the end....organizations > players individual needs. Lebron doesn't experience all that success in MIA if anyone else other then Riley was running the show. Just like back in the Bulls days......Jordan couldn't have been as successful without the moves made by Jerry Krause.
