When they beat Chicago it was a given they'd make the finals.

J.R. Smith is a former 6th man of the year.

Mozgov is a go to guy. Mozgov was killing GS.

LeBron needs to feed the post.

I am talking about the beginning to mid-season. They didnt look like a Finals team. Smith is a good player, but he has never been a consistent go-to guy. Just a good spark off the bench and spot up shooter. He cant create for himself or others like Jamal Crawford can. Mozgov is decent, but he still isnt as good as old ass present version of Pau.

LeBron was really bad for his standards.

But man Spo was just totally outclassed that series.
I agree with you. Never said he wasn't bad by his standards. His scoring dropping while he shot a higher percentage than his playoff average that year shows he wasn't shooting enough. That's a result of a great defensive game plan designed first and foremost on keeping the ball out of his hands and being able to overload on him since no shooters were on the court. James jones can't defend but wasn't as bad as bibby. He could shoot at least. He couldn't get a few of those minutes. You need shooting to break a zone and similar to the Spurs, he could've take lots of isolation mid range shots, but those are bad shots. That leads to the other issue. He shot very few free throws, which is a product of their defensive game plan to prioritize keeping him out of the paint at all costs. If we had shooters you can't do what Dallas did that series.

Bron been in this situation before.

he was down 3-2 to the Celtics and killed them.

Was also down 3-2 to the Spurs and took them out.

This shyt ain't over Brehs.
You aren't wrong, but his jumper is way off right now and his team is real short handed, much more so than either of those years. They shot I think 6-25 last night on shots he didn't attempt or assist in creating.

Overall, Curry hasn't been the best player in this series, let alone the "world."

I'm not seriously down with the asterisk talk, but why would there be? :dahell:

Do u think ever has a chance being the best player in the league and what would it take for it

I'm going warriors too but he chews his nails all the time. We lost because Dallas had a game plan to slow him down no matter what always having help near him. Spo never adjusted to put better defenders and/or more shooters out there to bust their zone. A good coach would've found a way to get him some good looks and get him going.

I wonder why Pat Riley didn't pull Spo to the side & make him adjust?

This is the NBA Finals, man...Not Detroit
