bronze

takes away your 4 and 5 @ the offensive end due to him being a mediocre shooter/ball handler

he cant play off the ball so he becomes the default pg. reducing the actual pg to a spot up shooter

so that leaves 2 guards 3pt shooters. thats basically THE ONLY players lebron and his style of play allow to flourish.

or you can prove this wrong with examples :yeshrug:

this is why i'm not that impressed with his stats in the finals. he's playing PG on offense with the ball in his hands every play. 8 apg is what you expect from your PG. both teams are playing small ball with 6'8" LeBron being the tallest player on the court for most of the last game. him getting 12 rpg should not be a surprise. and finally on offense, he's getting single covered and shooting 39% while scoring 36ppg. once again not impressive.

the cavs offense is pretty much structured for lebron to get big numbers and nothing else. if they lose, blame the fact lebron doesn't let his teammates do anything else other than spot up for jump shots so he can get his assists. imo lebron's style of play is more selfish than kobe or jordan.

he had d-wade, chris bosh, and ray allen saving him in 2013. series is over in 6.
You mean the finals where Wade and bosh combined to average basically what James was getting by himself? The same series where Wade was a -54 on the series and Ray Allen and Chris bosh went scoreless in game 7? No mention of Wade and bosh shooting 1-10 in the fourth quarter of their game 1 loss? So just moronic rhetoric that's totally inaccurate? Sounds on point for the WOAT.

Clearly you missed the point of my post. Let me ask you the same question I asked above -

In terms of this board, after Kyrie went down, who would've received more hate/laughter/criticism for not winning this series - the Cavs/LeBron or the Warriors?

Perhaps I'm still missing the point, but it as seems as though you're playing a game of semantics here. Again I ask you how would the Cavs winning without Kyrie be "asterisk" worthy for them?

If your point is no one should get an asterisk, I agree. I'm asking why would anyone use that Cavs argument in the first place.

the same 09 KOBE that WON against ORLANDO in the finals

the same BRON that LOST to ORLANDO in the ECF

and kobe shot 43% that year from the field while being the same age as lebron. plus kobe wasn't getting single coverage. its kinda embrassing lebron is only shooting 39% against single coverage.

I love how you totally ignored ray allen. his shot in game 6 is the only reason lebron james is not headed for a pathetic 1-5 record in nba finals.

Of course no TEAM deserves an asterisk, but would you say that strictly speaking in this series, that the Warriors and LeBron have had similar amounts of hate/criticism directed towards them?
No, Bron hates is mostly generaTed by the MJ comparisons and hyperbole. As well as Kobe. That's how I see it. But that's just Fandom talk. Hopsin fans say he is the best rapper alive :mjlol:

It's nothing new. But people refuse to give Brin props. Warriors are thr favorite to win, Steph is the golden child, with his golden family and fine ass mom. fukk it, I have nothing against him. He deserves all the praise he's getting

not a fan of holding the ball and passing a flaming bag at the end of the shot clock in hope for an assist?

But Kobe has always been a better scorer than bron... This is a simple fact.

Bron is a better overall player tho, again a simple fact. :yeshrug:
