Kobe made NO field goals in the final five minutes. You want to watch the game again? Pau and MWP hit the huge shots.

Bad shooting is bad shooting? Kobe was 6-24. That's 25 fukking percent.

Lebron was closer to shooting 50% than he was to shooting 25%. Kobe as a looong way from 40%....hell, if he had gotten up to Lebron's 42% series territory then Kobe would be all the way up to his own Finals average most years. But he wasn't even close.

Kobestan, where Kobe scoring 23 points on 25% shooting with 2 assists is just as good as Lebron scoring 37 points on 38% shooting with 13 assists.

We should also talk boards for a second - Kobe had only 4 offensive rebounds that whole game. He only created half as many possessions as Lebron, who had 8 offensive rebounds in his 18 boards. Kobe was just piling up defensive rebounds boxing out Ray Allen - and he wasn't even the leading rebounder on his own team - Pau had 3 more than Kobe did.

And "only one got their efficiency brought up"??? What kind of stupid shyt are you on? Lebron's low efficiency was a talking point THE WHOLE fukkING GAME.

Tony Allen played five minutes that game. five.

Ray Allen's porous 35-year'old man defense was on Kobe half the game, and PP was most of the other half. Don't believe me, look at the play-by-play and see which one of the Allens was the guy committing shooting fouls on Kobe that game.

I must have had a brain fart and momentarily forgotten that I was in Kobestan, where logic doesn't work at all.

Some people were upset at Kobe getting Finals MVP for his 6-24 game, therefore we need to say that Lebron must be garbage in his 37-18-13-3 with 2 huge clutch shots game. And we'll do that by resurrecting 2-year-old threads and bringing in a five-year-old game.

Kobestan is a stupid fukking place. I'm done with ya'all.

Kobe scored 10 pts in the 4th qtr , played lock down defense and went beast mode on the boards

Even? No, they're not even. Pau had 7 points on 2-2 fg and 5-6 ft. Kobe had 3 points on 0-2 fg and 3-4 ft, and 2 of Kobe's FTs were off of an intentional foul that only happened because of Pau.

Also, Pau had a huge defensive play (blocking PP's layup with 1:47 left that would have cut the lead to 2) and the biggest rebound of the game (rebounding Kobe's miss with 27 seconds left and a 3-point lead, forcing Boston to foul).

Pau scored on 4 out of 4 possessions in crunch time AND got the block AND got the rebound. Kobe wasted 2 Laker possessions with missed jumpers, missed a FT on another possession, and had nothing but that 1 point in crunch time until he got intentionally fouled.

But keep saying that Kobe was the clutch one in Game 7 and not Pau. Pau put up 19-18-4-2 in that game with 8 fewer missed shots than Kobe and 3 fewer turnovers too.

Finals MVP stolen from the Spanish dude. :lolbron:

You don't get finals mvp for one or two games. It's for the whole series.

:dead:

Does anyone have a master list of the LePromises that turned out to be false?

1. Not 2, Not 3, Not 4, Not 5 ....
2. He could be in the 50-40-90 club ... "if he wanted to"
3. He could score 60-70 points if he got 37 shots in a game

I feel like there's more
