It's not that Lebron is bigger than the NBA.
The league will go on just fine without him. The same way the league survived Jordan's retirement.

The reason why there are so many more Lebron threads and narratives after the Finals is because there are far more Lebron haters than actual Warriors fans. That's the only way to explain a team winning 3 titles in 4 years not getting any coverage.

That said, Lebron's impact on people's lives definitely goes far beyond the court. The man is literally paying the college tuitions of students.
