You guys are not even doing the same type of workout. And this is probably a completely seperate workout from cardio/strength and conditioning or whatever have you. Forgive me if he does do this, I didnt watch the entire video...I stopped after the right wing jumpshots

Like I said my workout is more or less the same. I don't understand what you're saying

so your in a gym, jumping rope, resistance bands and shooting jumpshots from different spots on the floor? I had no idea a non-professional bball player even do something like this, what benefits would this even bring?

do you know what electrolytes are breh? plus gatorade contains carbs and other stuff that help in maintaining hydration. if you're moderately exerting yourself, water is sufficient but high intensity/duration exercise gatorade is better.

The only reply regarding this topic that is informed.

If you're busting your ass you're going to need to replace those electrolytes and you're going to need some carbohydrate/sugars after a certain amount of time as well.

Look if you're breathing hard and sweating a lot during a workout, in order to keep going hard, water aint gonna cut it. Maybe you don't work very hard during your workout, and take it easy, then sure water is enough. However, if you're pushing yourself to the point of exhaustion and sweating bullets, gatorade>water.
