Breh the main thing people were talking about was how he wasnt laughing and having fun like in Cleveland.

man I watched everything there was for that Heat team. every game, press conference, scrimmage, etc. even went to a game. never did Lebron look apathetic or "not into it" during that season. His defense was crazy, and he busted his ass every game, well until the Finals :mjcry:

Tobias Harris learned a valuable lesson on Friday night: never, ever, EVER talk trash to LeBron James. Nothing good can come of it. Via Cleveland.com:

Midway through the third, Harris was going to work on James in the mid-post area and to create some separation; he flung his elbows around in the vicinity of James' face. James backed up to avoid the connection, but he took exception and said something to Harris. The two jawed back and forth at one another and had to be separated. While walking away, Harris yelled, "Stop flopping."

From that point on James dominated Harris, going 5-of-7 in the final 17 minutes. He scored 15 of his game-high 29 points in the fourth. After that alteration with James, Harris only scored one point. He finished with 17 points on 6-of-12.

Total badass quote by LeBron: "I was actually in chill mode tonight but chill mode was deactivated after that."

Damn.

That's actually the point @Bilz and others have been making for years. Kobe is never in Chill Mode, he tries to feast on lesser opponents and he plays like his life depended on it during all star games. It's why his scoring output in the playoffs drops off so much from the regular season. Kobe's productivity is inversely proportional to his competition. Look at his 50 point games vs Jordans. The majority of Jordans came against playoff teams. The majority of kobe's came against non playoff teams.

Kobe has what like 25 50 point games? Out of how many games 1200? And this is what you're drawing these conclusions off of?

The worst thing about this post is Kobe averages 25.6 in the playoffs, 25.4 regular season.

You went into Chill Mode when you wrote this. :troll:

Of course, that would be altered when he misses the playoffs or does not play in the playoffs. Check every season vs each post season

http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/bryanko01.html#all_totals

Also, check the proportion of 50 point games Jordan had in the playoffs vs. Kobe.

MJ absolutely admitted to playing to the level of his competition. Against bad teams he'd often do stupid shyt like shoot free throws with his eyes close or take 33 feet shots. He and Pippen also explained how they coasted during all seasons excepts 96.
