A little town called none ya got damn bidness
magic was the better leader, better rebounder, better shooter (Especially from the line) and was decent at the set 3. Playing today magic would take the 3 ball more seriously and most importantly he was the best decision maker in basketball. He wasn't making assist passes like bron magic would make the pass that would setup the pass to the assist. You can tell when lebron just wants to pad his stats magic just wanted to win

:comeon:Stopped reading at Magic being a better shooter

Magic did not having the scoring, shooting, athleticism or physicality of LeBron.

Magic could score but he was past first and i agree on the athletic part as well. Magic is a better FT line shooter than bron and magic didn't work on the 3 until later in his career. Lebron is more physical but who's stopping magic from getting to the rim? Magic was 6'9 260 Bron is 6'8 280

:mjlol: at all this B.S.

LeBron made perimeter shots as a fukking rookie that Magic never even attempted much less made.

All that leadership shyt is B.S., Magic bumped heads with coaches and teammates like every other star player that shyt isn’t even worth mentioning.

how is it BS? magic as a rookie showed leadership after game 5 of the finals in which kareem got injured by sitting in his seat on the plane and telling them everythings going to be alright. It might not seem much to you but it galvanized the team and magic had the greatest finals game ever considering the circumstance.

he is better. NBA is a stats league now

magic would easily average 25-15-12 playing today with the way the rules are.
Magic couldn’t average 25 even with the pace of the 80’s and he’s suddenly gonna average an extra 6-8 rebounds too now :punkcomeon:

they played at a faster pace and the game wasn't obstructed by having rules to favor offensive players like it is now.

You naming guys but have you actually ever seen AD play? He's one of the best scorers in league history. I'm sure basketball-reference didn't tell you that

The rules favor defense now. Until 2001 you weren’t even allowed to double someone until they had the ball in their hands :camby:

Aint bout to derail the thread arguing w you nikka. Bron passed magic after the 16 finals for me, and is the 2nd or 3rd best player ever, the end

russell westbrook went from averaging 5 rebounds a game in his 5th season to averaging double digits last year but magic couldn't? are you high?

Again did you ever watch magic play? If he wanted to score 25 a night he could, he got his teammates involved then he got his. Maybe you need to go back on it.
