If LeBron beat Dallas and never choked the series away what would his legacy be like?

To be honest, if Lebron doesn't lose like that against Dallas and get all that pressure, I'm not sure if he pulls through with the 40-18-9 and 45-15-5 games at the critical moments the next year. He needed to go through that first to be what he became.

:ohhh: At how many times Muggsy Bougues is on that list. Dude was an assist to turnover ratio gawd.
I saw this one Mugsy game live which I swear was the perfect game. Went 6-6 from the field including 4-4 from three, 8-8 from the line, had 24 points, 6 assists, 0 turnovers. :banderas:

To be fair Kiki and Adrian would average the same if not more in todays game.

Kiki vandewegh not average 25 fukkin ppg in this era stop it

Kiki Vandeweghe was like a combination of the great players of our era. He had Embiid's shot, Dwight's ballhanding, and ZeBo's athleticism all packed into the body of Kyle Korver. :wow:

Come on man, Mutombo was a Hall of Famer who was an All-Star, 2nd-team All-NBA, and 1st-team All-Defensive Team that year. Put some respect on his name.

That team had 7 guys who pulled starts most of their time in the league. The other five were borderline, but it wasn't like starting Sasha and Boobie simultaneously in a Finals game.

They didn't have Hall of Fame Mutombo, he was left in Atlanta and Denver. Mutombo is still Mutombo but he wasn't going into the Hall off his stint in Philly. And yes Eric Snow is sasha/boobie level.

Let me repeat: Mutombo was an All-star, 2nd-team All-NBA, DPOY, and 1st-team All-Defensive that year. He also led the NBA in rebounding.

In terms of accolades it was literally his best year ever. What do you think he made HOF for? :skip:

In the playoffs Mutombo averaged 14 and 14 with 3 blocks/game. He was the best defensive big man in the NBA and the best rebounder in the NBA.

Brother said that Iverson drug a team of nobodies who wouldn't start for other teams. 2nd-team All-NBA and DPOY Mutombo ain't no nobody.

And prime (27yo) Eric Snow ain't no Sasha/Boobie level. :dead:

Snow started 550 games in his 13-year NBA career and was at his serviceable prime at age 27.

In 2007 Boobie was a 20yo rookie who only started 25 games after Lebron left and was out of the league by age 26.

In 2007 Sasha was a 23yo journeyman who only started 23 games after Lebron left and was out of the league by age 29.

Neither Boobie nor Sasha were even consider usable NBA players outside of being matched with Lebron...yet with Lebron they were starters in the Finals.

Not just that, but the sixers managed to turn a 2-1 deficit into a 3-2 lead in the conference finals with him shooting 10-32 and 5-27 in games 4-5. This narrative of him single handedly dragging a group of stiffs who were totally useless to the finals needs to end already. With him shooting like that they should’ve lost the series in 5, yet they end up winning both of those games.

Why couldn't he? Breh was more athletic than Kevin Love, had a quicker first step and could play off of the ball/shoot just as good if not better. If Love is getting 20-25 so is Kiki (prime version not with injuries)

the man could score flat out/was crafty/fundamentally sound, and a tad (:whoa:) underrated athletically.
