You right breh.
You right breh.He doesn't have kobes skillset though. Post injury kobe has a better first step than LeBron, which is what this thread is about .Let's keep it real hereLebron scores just as many points as Kobe on much higher effeciency.

Iverson, Wade, Rose, Kobe, McGrady????Watch Lebron play in real life and tell me he has no first step.
I dare you.
Lebron is BULKY, so obviously he's going to need more space or have less agility than much smaller human beings to do shifty cross-overs--that's why he doesn't do those things, or why you don't see him weave through the paint after he beats his man.
And if any of you guys actually play basketball and are good enough to get special attention from defenses, you'll know that beating your initial defender ain't shyt, it's beating the two or three guys in the paint waiting for you that poses the real challenge. With that being said, what do you think Lebron has to deal with as the best player in the NBA? You don't think entire defenses are waiting for him after he beats his initial man? Cuz that's all I EVER see with Lebron. In fact, Lebron usually beats his initial defender with his first step alone (hence why he doesn't need an elite crossover), then he runs into the three guys waiting for him in the paint. I bet when Lebron doesn't get into the paint at will it's usually a choice made by him because he can SEE THE DEFENSE waiting for him, not because he can't beat his man.
And yet, I've seen maybe three perimeter players since Jordan get into the paint with as much efficiency as Lebron. He gets into the paint whenever the fukk he wants.
Bron cant get past Diaw without a screen and you saying he has an explosive first step?no first step?![]()
im not a big lebron fan but gimme a break. dude has almost always beat his man on the first step off the dribble then the defense either tries to collapse and he goes up or he dishes out.
Be a nit-picking poster and ignore the point brehs.Iverson, Wade, Rose, Kobe, McGrady????

bron is a freak but needs to gather a head of steam before blowing anyone. He cant burst by his man without a screen but once hes past them he gets too fastWatch Lebron play in real life and tell me he has no first step.
