I honestly thought this was a reference to a quote from years ago. It was true then and still is true now. :yeshrug:

It's funny how Lebrons APG has gone down in Miami all 3 years in the RS(and by alot in the PS) despite playing with more talent the last 3 years then he ever played with in Cleavland.

Not really. He's got another more than capable playmaker in Wade and guys in Bosh and Wade who are capable of creating their own shot.

He handles the ball less, the amount of his own shots being assisted has gone up.

I know that, that's why I always said his Gaudy APG in Cleavland was overvalued when you looked at his team role, offense(mike brown ball), and the players around him. Lebron is actually a better playmaker now then he ever was from 08-10.

The series against the Thunder was the only in his miami career where he went over 7 assist per game(in 44 mins). He use to get those like clockwork on the Cavs. Context and team role is extremely important when looking at stats

So could a lot of players...Durant, Melo, Westbrook, etc..

Bron takes shots that are within the rhythm of the game, add in 4-5 forced shots in the game and his FG% drop

Well, its obvious. He has two guys that can create their own shot more often in Bosh and Wade plus the Heat have very good ball movement and have a lot of "hockey" type assist. Lebron gets double teamed and he throws the ball to another player who moves the ball to another player that scores.

the most interesting part of this article is the mental math Bron did in front of reporters when he said "I'm shooting 54 percent from the field right now, so if I shoot 54 percent at 25 shots a game? Pff, that's like ... doing my math ... that's 27 points right there. That's without shooting free throws and shooting 42 percent from the 3-point line."
