This fukk nikka spent a full 24 hrs on here claiming Bron was gonna take a pay cut and now that is shyt down this clown is saying oh well the FA market isnt there :laff:
Bron is gonna be 2nd team All NBA, fifth or sixth in MVP voting, and is still, by far, the biggest attention magnet in the league; he isn’t the one who should be taking a pay cut anyway.

He shouldn’t .

He’s made that organization wild amounts of money and will continue to for the next 30 years

Tax season

Now should lakers fans feel a way ? Yeah because next year is a wash and they gotta move on at some point and the quicker they can start to build around Luka the better .. because he gonna hit that wall soon unless he turns over a new leaf

Looking at the FA market for this year and it’s not what it was last year

They mentioned Derozan, Harden, Klay.. he was willing to take less for those guys

Anyone in this FA class isn’t to that level on first glance. Some of the guys who would be (Myles Turner) they couldn’t even get even if he took the vet min

Dumbass klay could have been in LA, now he stranded

The Lakers should have moved on from Lebron and Anthony Davis a year or two ago, and a couple of us on this board said so. Because the Lakers' problem for a while now has been a lack of depth and almost zero draft picks to build on.

Still, these fans had nothing to say about another aging player getting minutes and money he no longer deserved at this end of his career. So keep that same energy.

Kobe and LeBron are not in the same stratosphere of importance to Laker fans so why would they treat them both the same in this situation ?:dahell:

A man who was apart of 5 titles and 7 finals appearances. Who sustained 2 devastating injuries. No decent fanbase would shiit on that guy getting paid. Meanwhile what has LeBron done in L.A.? Not a gotdamn thing.

Why should he be expected to take a discount? No athlete should. Get all the money you can from these teams.
People who say stuff like this act like the money won’t go to other athletes, especially in the nba:unimpressed:

But yea I don’t understand why anyone would expect this. Lakers gave him 2 years, did they expect a 40-41 year old man to be better than he is? He’s still better than a lot of cats making comparable dough
