Now is probably the best time to try to start a new league. There are solid players in their late 20s and 30s being pushed out of the league with the youth movement. And they could use FIBA rules and court size to cut down on excessive 3 point shooting.
Did you watch USA vs Serbia in the Olympics? Most of Serbia’s players don’t play in the NBA but they have NBA talent. The league could cater to solid international players who want to be starters, not ride the bench in the NBA.
