I respect that LeBron took on full responsibility and leadership of the team. It is very hard to motivate, lead and develop your fellow peers into reaching a common goal. I do hope that over time Kyrie can become the other leader that the players can look up to. Like Fisher was with the Lakers and Kobe. Can take some of the burden off of Lebron and also have those alpha dog moments on the court where the opposition has to respect and fear. He has the talent and skills but needs more experience in the playoffs,which will come over time with Lebron.
