Because wade controlled the squad in miami. All Bron had to do was ball out. Now he has to be a leader/role model, and that may be too much for him.
It was all business in Miami. He wasn't thinking about other stuff. Sometimes getting away from home is good for you for that reason. Step out of your comfort zone and grow.

I think it was because Wade handled the majority of leadership duties. At best, they split the duties. On top of that, he had hella vets to help him.

Now, there's no dominant #2 leadership option(w/ champ exp.) and not a lot of legit vets like Haslem, Anderson, R. Allen etc. This is a new type of pressure for him. Mounted with the pressures of being home and trying to bring the first ever championship to Cle, I think it's just more pressure than he expected.

Yeah. Went back to a comfort zone of being loved there but with too much weight to carry. It's more than one person can handle.

I've been following this game a loooong time and I've never seen a player try so hard and talk so much about his "leadership" and influence on the team like Bron does. Even going back to last year with the Heat in the Finals during that pre-game when dude was telling his team..."follow me, follow my lead". The great leaders in the league never talk like that. They never go on and on about how much their team needs their leadership to the media. Shyt is just natural and they just do it. This kind of talk just comes across as lame to me, and not a reflection of what real leadership is.
