I changed my avi back in November at the exact same time I changed my name. I didn't know about the name change glitch (which you can see other people have been complaining about too on the Event Staff board). The avi change took right away, but due to the glitch the name change took two months. I private messaged @hex about it on December 9th, asking why my name change hadn't happened after weeks of waiting, and he told me it was a board glitch you just gotta wait for.
When the name change finally happened, I switched the avi again.
I was always planning to go on a break the moment the name changed. Look up what "Professor Emeritus" means, breh. It literally means a retired professor who only comes back every now and then. If the name had changed in November, then I would have started going on breaks then. And you'll see me keep going on breaks now.

Before posting a few times Friday afternoon/evening, I'd only had 10 posts in the previous month, and almost all of them were on Wednesday night. Yesterday I only posted at 11:40, and then a few brief posts between 5 and 9.
Today I posted a few times between 11 and 1, and then didn't post again until after 6, and was only posting sparingly until after the game ended.
Before today I had barely posted in the previous month, and even today you still have more posts than I do. "Do not bear false witness" is the 9th commandment, you know.
