True

But I'm talking about as a duo tho. If this is prime Dwade this wouldn't even be a conversation. But during those 4 years in Miami Wade was clearly diminished. Therefore weakening the force of their duo

Lebron and Kyrie were also a great duo and they showed they could be as dominant as Lebron/wade duo
I know bruh what I'm saying is that its the better lebron that makes the bron/wade combo way better. I'm from Cleveland so let me tell you kyrie is only scratching the surface of what he could be and he's a way better passer than given credit for but the kyrie we saw in Cleveland although more skilled than wade IMO he just isn't a better player due to wades experience. Wade explosiveness was on the decline during that era as well.

But that's part of it breh. What's the point of putting them together when Irving couldn't even handle the fact that LeBron was a bigger star than him? Wade could at least accept a role.

And Kyrie and Bron didn't even really fit that well together on the court in reality, they were switching isos in the same way Wade and Bron were. Wade did a MUCH better of getting the ball to LeBron in obvious situations (alley-oops, cuts, backdoors, etc.) than Irving did.

Kyrie spaced the floor alot better for lebron because of his shooting. Lebron and Wade got theirs because of their high iqs and Wade was a great cutter. But both of them were sacrificing parts of theirs games at all times the whole time they were together

Whereas Kyrie could play off Lebron and allow Lebron to be the dominant playmaker/slasher that he was. He had to share that with Wade in MIA. Even they got great results they clearly sacrificed their games.

Lebron and Kyrie fit together more organically

You think Lebron was that much better Miami that he tilts the scales that dramatically?

He's not as explosive but he's been at least 80% of what he was in Miami.

And I agree Kyrie is a way better playmaker than given credit for. It's a big reason why he wanted to leave...because he wanted to create for extended periods.

Wade during those first two heatles years is better than any version Kyrie

Wade and bron complemented each other they can both get their own shot run the offense and play d

All Kyrie does is score he's zero help in all other facets of the game leaving others to cover his mistakes

Wade in 2011 was definitely better. He dropped off dramatically in 2012...started going in and out of the lineups for extended periods.

All that stuff factors in

You are a team that has just cleared full cap space and has a chance to sign one of these duos. Which one do you sign?

Lebron & Wade were more successful and won more but Lebron and Kyrie fit together better and were easier to build around.

When weighing all the factors which duo would better
these guys

Great thread

Just like the evidence on those videos Lebron and Wade had way better chemistry on court, find each other in tight spots and it's more dynamic.

That space nikka Kyrie just fit better with Bron. Had that PG trade went down last year...the Cavs dont trade Kyrie and The Cavs beat the Warriors during this finals.Meaning Bron and Ky would have also had 2 out of 4

But Dwade was a fukkin dynamite passer and finisher with Bron...2 high iq super athletes was something crazy rare and special.

Gonna be honest, Kyrie was very similar to Kobe in that both passed a lot better than their assist averages suggested.

There is a different between 'can't do it' and 'don't do it'. Similar to Marbury's hops. If I said Marbury could get up like Derrick Rose, people would think I was crazy - but if they went back and looked at some of his dunks they'd quickly see Marbury's hops were insane. Rose just did it more. A lot more.
