LeBron James lost weight this offseason, going on a strict 67-day diet.
"I had no sugars. No dairy. I had no carbs. All I ate was meat, fish, veggies and fruit," James said.
James looks visibly thinner from his playing weight last season.
"I lost a ton of weight," said James. "Hopefully I can pick a couple pounds back up."

why would a world class athlete deprive himself of carbs? if you're doing that much physical activity, you actually need something for energy.

he just said he had no sugar or carbs, and mentioned eating fruit which is sugar and carbs tho :dahell:
he problably meant no processed carbs

but damn why would he wanna lose weight thats what made him so dominant

I know he was clearly out of shape this season than he was any other season. You could see in the finals his conditions was great. But just because he lost weight doesn't necessarily mean he lost his strength.
Also, I feel following the diet he did is a whole lot easier when you have world class chefs cooking the meals that he was eating.
